“The 3660 Suite is a rear-living fifth wheel built around two separate bedrooms. Up front, a bed-slide suite holds a queen bed with walk-around access, a dresser with shoe storage, and a Super-Stor closet plumbed and wired for a stackable washer and dryer. Mid-coach, a private room adds a tri-fold sofa with a 26″ x 72″ flip-up bunk above it, plus a loft sleeping area over that room β so guests get a door of their own. The main level runs a peninsula kitchen with a residential refrigerator, range with oven, convection microwave, and solid surface countertops, opening into a rear living area with a fireplace, theater seating, ceiling fan, free-standing dinette, and a panoramic rear wall. Four slides, 50-amp service, a ducted gas furnace, fiberglass sidewalls, and an enclosed underbelly round out the build, and both roof air conditioners have been replaced with ducted Furrion Chill Cube 18,000 BTU variable-speed units for 36,000 BTU of cooling. Weights come off the unit’s own federal tags: 11,185 lbs dry against a 13,655 lb GVWR.”

Tire Information
This unit rides on ST235/80R16 Load Range E trailer tires on aluminum rims, with a full-size spare mounted in the pass-thru compartment. Cold inflation pressure per the federal certification tag is 80 PSI. The tire DOT date code recorded at our walkthrough is 0826, which indicates manufacture in the 8th week of 2026. The spare’s date code has not yet been recorded; Your RV Broker will surface and disclose it prior to sale. As general guidance, RV tires are typically replaced at around six years of age regardless of tread depth, and can reasonably be run as long as ten years provided they are inspected annually by a professional tire company after the six-year mark. We encourage buyers to review the DOT code on each tire with us during inspection.
