Tire Information — Important Buyer Note
The current tires carry a DOT date code of 2520 — manufactured the 25th week of 2020 (June 2020), making them approximately six years old. This places them at the upper edge of the 5–7 year service window that industry guidance generally recommends for RV tire inspection and replacement, regardless of remaining tread depth. A spare tire is included with the unit on aluminum rims. As part of pre-purchase due diligence, Your RV Broker strongly recommends that prospective buyers have all tires evaluated, and is happy to discuss tire-replacement options at the time of sale.
