“The Ventana sits at the point in Newmar’s lineup where a coach stops being an RV and starts being a residence that happens to move. The 4037 is the floorplan that makes the clearest case for it: 40 feet 10 inches, three power slide-outs, and a layout that puts a true king-bed master and a full rear bath behind a living space built for actually living in rather than just passing through.
Underneath is a Freightliner XC-R raised-rail rear-engine chassis, built in Gaffney, South Carolina, running a Cummins turbo-diesel through an Allison automatic on air brakes. Newmar’s Comfort Drive™ steering, with its adjustable control, is the feature owners talk about most: it takes the constant micro-corrections out of a long day behind the wheel, and it is the single thing most likely to change your mind about how far you are willing to drive in a day. The odometer reads 31,421 miles — well under 5,000 a year across seven seasons, which is modest use for a diesel platform engineered to run several times that.
Inside, the galley runs solid-surface countertops with an under-mounted stainless sink, a convection microwave, and a French-door residential refrigerator, with a full-height pantry alongside. The living area is anchored by an 87-inch hide-a-bed sofa and a booth dinette on one side and reclining lounge seating and a TV on a power lift on the other, all under Newmar’s vent-free Feature Ceiling and Multiplex LED lighting. Walk back past the galley and the master carries a 72-by-80 king bed, a dresser with flat-panel drawers, wardrobes, and a TV of its own. The rear bath is where this particular coach earns its keep for anyone staying put for a while: alongside the walk-in shower and vanity sits a Whirlpool two-piece stacked washer and dryer — the installed unit, not the factory prep that most of these left the line with.
The systems list reads the way a Newmar’s should. An 8.0 kW Cummins Onan Quiet Series diesel generator, 50-amp service with an automatic transfer switch, four 6-volt house batteries on a pull-out tray, a 2,000-watt inverter, an energy management system, two heat-pump air conditioners, a 54,000 BTU ducted propane furnace, hydraulic leveling jacks, a whole-coach water filter, a power water hose reel, and a rearview color monitor with side-view cameras. The structure is Newmar’s aluminum framing on 16-inch centers under a walkable BriteTEK™ roof with R19 batten insulation, wrapped in gelcoated fiberglass and full-paint Masterpiece™ finish.
What sets this particular coach apart is the paperwork. The selling owner kept it on annual maintenance and handed over a dated service record: oil and filter, new batteries, and a new fresh water pump in June 2026; black, gray, and fresh water tank sensors replaced in May 2024; both rooftop air conditioner coils cleaned in April 2024; six new tires in October 2023; both toilet water inlet valves replaced in July 2023 after a stretch parked in a hard-water location; a full three-year chassis service in November 2021; and the kitchen and large slide motors replaced in July 2021. The coach was used recreationally — not lived in full-time, not rented out.
Coaches like this are bought once and kept a long time, and they are priced accordingly when new — this one carried an original MSRP of more than $300,000. It is now reduced to $189,900, better than $110,000 below where it started. The Goodyear tires date to late 2023, which on a seven-year-old coach answers the question most diesel buyers ask first. That is what puts a hand-built Newmar diesel pusher with Comfort Drive™, a king-bed master, and a residential stacked laundry inside reach of a budget that would otherwise be shopping shorter, lighter, and considerably less coach. It is available now through Your RV Broker in Justin, Texas, with financing and trades available and no brokerage fees on your purchase.”

Tire Information
This coach rides on Goodyear tires carrying a DOT date code of 3523 — the 35th week of 2023, or roughly late August 2023 — on coated aluminum wheels, six tires in all. The owner’s service record independently logs six new tires installed on 16 October 2023 — roughly seven weeks after that build date, exactly the gap you would expect between a tire leaving the plant and going on a coach. Two separate sources, one answer. In plain terms: the tires are just under three years old, even though the coach is a 2019.
Industry guidance recommends replacing motorhome tires every 5–7 years regardless of remaining tread depth, because age, load, and UV exposure govern sidewall integrity far more than mileage does. On that clock, these tires sit roughly two to four years inside their recommended service life, with a replacement window landing somewhere around 2028–2030. RV tires far more often age out than wear out, so on a coach of this model year this is an uncommon position — and one less large expense waiting for the next owner.
Tread depth and tire size have not yet been individually recorded. Your RV Broker will confirm and disclose both, along with the date code on each of the six tires, prior to sale.
