“This 2018 Fleetwood Discovery 38N is a three-slide diesel pusher built around a family floorplan that is hard to find in a coach under 40 feet. The rear bedroom carries an adjustable king Serenity Series bed with a 32-inch LED TV, and a dedicated bunk area forward of it holds two 28-by-73-inch bunks plus an overhead power bunk. Two full bathrooms put a shower at each end of the coach — the tile shower up front and a second shower amidships. The main living area is anchored by a 48-inch LED TV over a fireplace, theater seating, a sofa bed, and a booth dinette, with an induction cooktop, convection microwave, and residential refrigerator in the galley. Underneath it all sits a Freightliner XCM Series chassis with a Cummins ISB 6.7L turbo diesel, four-point automatic leveling, and an 8,000-watt diesel generator on 50-amp service. It shows 100,546 miles and 4,614 generator hours, and the tires carry a 0218 DOT date code — details we put in front of every buyer up front.”

Tire Information
The DOT date code recorded for this unit is 0218 — the second week of 2018, which puts these tires at roughly eight and a half years of age. RV tires are typically recommended for replacement at 5–7 years regardless of remaining tread depth, so this set is past that window and a buyer should plan on replacement. This unit is not equipped with a spare tire. Your RV Broker will walk the DOT codes on every position with you during inspection.
